My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but there was a broken chair and the fridge wasn't working well. The service was friendly, especially Aliaa at the restaurant, who was extremely hospitable. The location is perfect for those who enjoy diving near the beautiful coral reefs. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with room for improvement in quality and variety.
I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and modern, special thanks to Mahmoud for keeping our room tidy. The service was beyond my expectations with extremely helpful and nice staff members. The location was more than perfect, especially in Jaz Fanara in Sharm el Sheikh. However, the dining options could use some improvement with the same breakfast choices every morning.
I had an amazing experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and offered a direct pool and beach view with a breathtaking sunset. They were very comfortable, providing great views of the Red Sea and the pool area. However, the rooms were a bit small.
The hotel is just four stars, and although the rooms facing the pool and the sea were not above expectation, my stay was a bit noisy, so we preferred dining at the restaurant at the far end of the resort. The rooms were nothing like in the picture, which was a downside.
Staying at the hotel was a nice experience overall. My room was conveniently located on the furthest left side near the roadside, which didn't pose any issues.

The hotel facilities are top-notch, making it a great choice for a relaxing vacation.
The hotel offers elegantly appointed and clean rooms, with free breakfast before departure, though some may find the room size small. The service is outstanding, with a diverse and helpful team catering to guests of different nationalities. The location, while beautiful with a reef for snorkeling, lacks adequate lighting at night. The dining experience is delightful, especially under the attentive care of Mr Ashraf, though Israeli guests might find the lack of kosher options notable. The facilities are well-maintained and offer different hot pot dishes.
